When you submit our Schedule an Estimate form, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, phone number, email address, property address or city, project details, and any photos you choose to upload. We do not require you to create an account or provide payment information through this site.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability purposes. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies to track visitors across this site.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit to:
- Respond to your estimate request and discuss your project
- Contact you by phone, email, or text about your inquiry
- Keep basic business records of past inquiries and projects

Third-Party Service Providers
We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate this website and respond to your requests:
- Resend — delivers the email notification generated when you submit the contact form.
- Vercel — hosts this website and stores any photos you upload through the contact form (via Vercel Blob storage).
These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. They have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.
Data Retention
We keep information submitted through our contact form for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain our business records. You can request that we delete your information at any time (see “Your Choices” below).
Children's Privacy
This website is intended for adults seeking home improvement services and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
